However, API has reservations regarding the information contained in the salary transparency report prepared by the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). Although the report reflects some of our good practices, the methodology adopted presents limitations and does not accurately portray API’s current reality.
The report does not compare professionals performing the same role, does not analyze length of service within the organization and in the respective position, nor does it take into account differences in individual performance. We are confident that, based on an appropriate analysis of our data, there are no unjustified pay disparities among our professionals. Nevertheless, in compliance with applicable legislation and in line with our commitment to transparency, we make the MTE report available below.
