I wanted to take this opportunity on behalf of the AeroMexico Team to express my sincere gratitude for your dedicated support during the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic.
After an exhaustive evaluation of the market, we selected API in 2018 to manage our hotel layover program. API deployed a successful implementation plan that targeted all areas of cost exposure while securing high caliber hotels for our crew. The technology API deployed has been critical to this process by ensuring all aspects of our crew accommodation operations to run smoothly and in an efficient manner.
Most recently, during the Covid-19 pandemic, API has once again stepped up by adapting their solutions to ensure that our hotel operations run smoothly despite the enormous amount of restrictions (including hotel closures and relocations), among other very challenging scenarios we jointly had to face. At all moments, API took excellent care of accommodating our crews and operational teams.
